Paul Gunn

Pastor

Our pastor, Paul Gunn, came off an active duty tour with the Air Force Reserve. Paul served as a chaplain to Recruiting Services and as Chaplain Recruiter. Paul says the dual role was a good ministry stretcher as he “did life with people in the everyday grind.”

Prior to his active duty tour, Paul served four churches in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Texas. He earned a Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Ft. Worth, Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. Paul grew up in a pastor’s home. His dad, Paul R. Gunn, pastored five churches in middle Tennessee.
