Who You’ll Find

When you join us for worship you’ll find genuinely friendly people who love Jesus and love the neighborhood our church is blessed to serve. You’ll find a church that sings theologically rich hymns from the past, along with new hymns that the church is embracing today. You’ll find a church that loves God’s Word and you’ll find that it is faithfully and lovingly taught in all of our Bible Study Groups and in every sermon preached. You’ll discover an authenticity in the way we love one another and carry out our mission. You’ll find a church that feels like a spiritual home the first time you enter our doors.

Our Mission: Reaching, Discipling, Equipping

We are a body of believers in Jesus Christ committed to reaching those who do not know Him, discipling those who do, and equipping believers for ministry.

If you’ve never heard how much God loves you, read these verses of scripture along with the brief explanation below.

  1. God loves you so much that he sent his son Jesus to provide a way for us to have a fresh start and experience an abundant life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.  – John 3:16
  2. We are all broken people. For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. – Romans 3:23
  3. Even in the our brokenness, God loves us and made it possible for us to have a relationship with him. But God shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. – Romans 5:8
  4. The most important decision you will ever make is what you will do with the free gift of God that he offers you in Christ. For the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. – Romans 6:23

The Bible says “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved”. – Romans 10:9

If you are willing to pray right now and ask Jesus to come into your heart right now, he promises to do that. Prayer is simply talking to God. Right now, in your own words, turn to Christ and be saved!

We want to help you take the next steps. Would you email me right now and let me know that you have asked Jesus into your heart? I will contact you personally to pray with you and help you start the journey of walking with Christ. (frank@thbc.com)
